DBT Therapist
Clearview Treatment Programs is seeking a full-time DBT therapist to join our team. Clinical responsibilities include facilitating DBT skills training groups, individual DBT sessions, phone coaching, and participating in team meetings.
The successful candidate should be a licensed MFT, LCSW, Ph.D., or Psy.D. This position requires extensive DBT training and a minimum of two years of experience running DBT skills training groups. Experience in a residential, hospital, or outpatient setting is preferred. Candidate must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
CBT Therapist
Clearview Treatment Programs is seeking a full-time CBT therapist to join our team. Clinical responsibilities include facilitating CBT groups and individual sessions, and participating in team meetings. The CBT group focuses on affect regulation and anxiety management via cognitive restructuring. Knowledge of cognitive triad, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, coping cards, cognitive rehearsal, and behavioral activation are required.

This position requires CBT training and a minimum of two years of experience running CBT skills groups and conducting individual sessions. Experience in a residential, hospital, or outpatient setting is preferred. Candidate must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Community Counselors
Community counselors are responsible for monitoring and supervising psychiatric clients in their daily program. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol and/or psychiatric hospital setting as a technician, or in an administrative or counseling role. Candidate must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
